I MISSED MY CLASS. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS? If you registered for an In-person or Virtual class and do not attend for any reason, there are no refunds. You may, however, transfer to another class. You have 3 months (90 days) from the date of your paid registration to transfer you into another class. If you do not confirm a class within MCs 90-day timeframe and this time expires, you are responsible for the entire payment. No refunds or discounts will be issued.

IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF REGISTRANTS REQUIRED FOR A CLASS?

  • πŸ–₯️ VIRTUAL CLASSES - We require at least 2 confirmed registrations for a Virtual class to take place otherwise the class will be rescheduled/moved to the next Virtual Class Date. 
  • πŸ‘₯Β  IN-PERSON CLASSES - We require a minimum of 4 confirmed registrants for In-person classes. If the minimum is not met, the class will automatically be converted to a Virtual class. 
  • All registrants will be notified by the class registration deadline if the Virtual Class will be moved or if the In-person Class will convert to a Virtual Class.Β 

I REGISTERED FOR AN IN-PERSON CLASS THAT CONVERTED TO A VIRTUAL CLASS BUT I DO NOT WANT TO ATTEND VIRTUALLY. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS? You may transfer your registration to the next available in-person class date. Please note that the minimum registration requirement for in-person classes will still apply. If the rescheduled in-person class does not meet the required minimum, the same options will apply again: you may choose to attend the class virtually or transfer to the next in-person class date. You have up to 90 days (3 months) from the date of your paid registration to confirm and transfer into another class. If a new class date is not confirmed within this 90-day timeframe, your registration will expire and you will remain responsible for the full payment. No refunds or discounts will be issued.

ARE THERE TIMES WHEN A CLASS MAY NEED TO BE RESCHEDULED UNEXPECTEDLY?Β  While every scheduled class is a priority and we make every effort to teach as planned, there may be rare occasions when circumstances beyond our control require an in-person or virtual class to be rescheduled. In such cases, we will do our best to notify registered participants as soon as possible. If a class must be rescheduled, you will be offered the option to transfer your registration to the next available class date. You have 90 days (3 months) from the date of your paid registration to confirm and transfer into another class. If a class is not confirmed within this 90-day timeframe, the registration will expire and the full payment remains due. No refunds or discounts will be issued.
