Upon submitting this form, you will see an auto-generated message confirming it was received. Over the coming days we will email you a formal confirmation message with more class details.

❓ ARE ALL CLASSES IN-PERSON?  NOWe have 2 classes that are In-person. They are:

  • 1-day, Childbirth Preparation Class (offered on a Saturday or Sunday, 11:00am - 5:00pm)
  • Infant Feeding & Newborn Basics Combo Class (offered on a weeknight, 6:00pm - 8:30pm)
  • In-person Class Location: Mount Sinai Medical Center
  • Unless otherwise specified, all other classes we offer are VIRTUAL.

‼️ FOR IN-PERSON CLASSES: We must have 4 confirmed registrations for In-person classes, otherwise the class will be automatically converted to a virtual class. You will be contacted by the registration deadline if the class is converted. You are able to transfer to the next in-person class if you do not wish to attend virtually.

VIRTUAL CLASSES:  Online - Google Meet

GROUP CLASSES:

  • Classes you take with other expectant couples.
  • ONLY AVAILABLE FOR: “1-Day Childbirth Preparation Class” and “Infant Feeding & Newborn Care Basics Combo Class”.  
  • No additional fees to attend group classes.
  • Minimum of 4 couples for In-person Classes. If the minimum is not met, class converts to a Virtual Class.

PRIVATE CLASSES:

  • Classes are for you and your partner only (grandparents are welcome).
  • You must receive written approval BEFORE confirming a private class.
  • Additional Fee of $200.00 per Class
  • Offered virtually or in your home - Based on Instructors Availability.

RECOMMENDED ITEMS TO HAVE FOR YOUR CLASS:

FOR VIRTUAL CLASSES - You will need a desktop computer/laptop with a camera & microphone. We do not recommend you use your phone or a small screened tablet. You might not be able to see the class presentation, images and/or video clearly.

FOR IN-PERSON CLASSES - You should have pen & paper or a laptop/tablet if you desire to take notes. 

FOR VIRTUAL AND IN-PERSON CLASSES - It is NOT mandatory to have the following items for your class but doing so will be helpful during the interactive, "hands-on" demonstrations that occur during our classes.  You can still participate during demonstrations as an observer if you do not have these items with you.

FOR BREASTFEEDING CLASS OR INFANT FEEDING & NEWBORN BASICS COMBO CLASS:

  • ALTERNATIVE TO DOLL: Teddy Bear 20 - 22 inches long (a teddy bear may not work as well as a doll for nursing/feeding/diapering/swaddling demonstration)

REFUND-CANCELLATION POLICY & TRANSFER OF SERVICES:

ALL CLASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE - There are No Exceptions. While classes are non-refundable, they are transferable. See below for details.
 

  • MISSED CLASS:  If you register for an In-person or Virtual class and do not attend, there are no refunds. You may, however, transfer to another class. You have 3 months (90 days) from the date of your paid registration to transfer you into another class. If you do not wish to confirm a class within MCs 90-day timeframe and this time expires, you are responsible for the entire payment. No refunds or discounts will be issued.
     
  • IN-PERSON CLASS MINIMUM:  We require a minimum of 4 confirmed registrants for In-person classes. If the minimum is not met, the class will automatically be converted to a Virtual class. MC will reach out to you to provide you with the option of attending the Virtual Class or transferring to the next In-person Class. You have 3 months (90 days) from the date of your paid registration to transfer you into another class. If you do not wish to confirm a class within MCs 90-day timeframe and this time expires, you are responsible for the entire payment. No refunds or discounts will be issued.
     
  • RESCHEDULED CLASSES: There may be an occasion where, due to a circumstance beyond our control, the In-person or Virtual class may have to be rescheduled. Should this occur you will be contacted and offered the choice to attend the next scheduled class date. You have 3 months (90 days) from the date of your paid registration to transfer you into another class. If you do not wish to confirm a class within MCs 90-day timeframe and this time expires, you are responsible for the entire payment. No refunds or discounts will be issued.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT:(Required)

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT THIS FORM & SEND IN MY PAYMENT?

(1) An automatic Confirmation and Thank You message will appear on your screen signaling that your Form was received and will be reviewed by our MC Administrative Staff. 

(2) A follow-up message will be generated and you will receive an emaill to the address you included on your form. 

(3)  The Official Confirmation Message that includes specific details about your classes including a confirmation of the dates, times and locataion will be emailed along with a separate & Google Invitation.  The Official Confirmation & Google Invite will be sent to you within 72 hours.

(4) I PAID BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD - Payment Receipt will be sent to you separately from your Credit/Debit Card Company. If you require an Invoice, please contact MC and request one:  momsdoula@mcdsonlinedoulas.com 

(5) I PAID WITH A PAYMENT APP - (Zelle, Cash App or Venmo) - Send your payment using the Recipient Info above as soon as possible.  The Link to Access Virtual Classes or your Official Confirmation will not be sent until payment is received and confirmed.  When your payment is made, a Payment Receipt will be sent to you separately from your App.
