What Is A Birth Doula?
MC Birth Doulas are trained, experienced and certified prenatal, birth and postpartum professionals who provide continuous physical, emotional and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth and the early postpartum period.
Our Doulas specialize in comfort measures, positioning, relaxation techniques and other supportive approaches that can help encourage labor progress, ease discomfort and reduce feelings of anxiety or fear. They are also trained to recognize factors that may create challenges during labor and birth, helping you prepare in advance, explore supportive strategies and feel more confident and informed as you approach the birth of your baby.

Our Signature Birth Doula Care provides personalized support from the Doula you choose throughout your pregnancy and birth, backed by the experience of our Doula Team. You receive the consistency of your chosen Doula with the added reassurance of experienced backup support whenever needed.
